Preseason Training
Get ahead before the whistle blows. Our Preseason Training Program pushes athletes past the basics, focusing on strength, conditioning, technical skills, and mental toughness. Designed for boys and girls ages 5–18, this program prepares wrestlers for the season ahead.

Youth-Winter Season
Where wrestlers grow, compete, and succeed. The Winter Season is the heart of our training year. Divided into Beginner (Green Group) and Advanced (Black Group), this program ensures every wrestler gets the attention and instruction they need.
Program Highlights:
- Green Group: Confidence, fundamentals, teamwork (Ages 5–12, beginners)
- Black Group: Advanced technique, competition prep, and strength training (Ages 7–14, experienced wrestlers)
- November – March
Off Season Training
Champions are made in the offseason. Our Spring & Summer Program focuses on Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and Folkstyle to create dynamic, well-rounded wrestlers. For ages 7–18, this program builds agility, power, and mat awareness.
Program Highlights:
- Freestyle: Creativity, speed, and leg attacks
- Greco-Roman: Powerful upper-body throws and control
- Folkstyle: Weekly sessions to sharpen fundamentals
- March 23 – May 31
Double Tap Package
Two programs. One discounted price. The Double Tap Package lets wrestlers bundle any two programs (Preseason + Offseason, Winter + Clinic, etc.) for more mat time, more coaching, and maximum results.
